Tis the Season

Things start to get a little crazy about this time of year. It's time for travel, parties, shopping, and celebrations. Just when I think I have a handle on my calendar, the temperature drops and the icicles start to form. Then I remember the resolutions I made last year! That I would somehow do it easier and better the next time around.

We have the same kind of resolutions for our web site at Ulla Popken. The good news is that our list of improvements is humming along nicely. In the next few months we will have new features to make your shopping experience easier and better!

While we're making the list and checking it twice, would you give us a hand? What would you like to see on www.ullapopken.com? Help us make sure that we include the things that matter to you. Add a Comment and let us know what you would like to see on our site in 2008.

Cyber Monday

Every weekday morning I am glued to the Rush Hour traffic reports. On Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) there was an added bonus. The announcer included Parking Lot closings! Local malls were jammed long before dawn with early bird shoppers rushing for holiday deals. I am happy to report that I drove by those crowded lots on my way to work and held out for Cyber Monday.

If you are a Blogger, then you are probably aware that the Monday following Thanksgiving is the day when many web shoppers are expected to hit their respective keyboards and start clicking away. Why crawl to the mall and wait in line when you can point, click, and get in delivered to your door? Holiday shopping should be fun and easy.

Is there something we could do to improve your Shopping Experience on our site? Please post your comments. We are continually making improvements and would love your recommendations. In the meantime, be sure to register your e-mail address for Ulla Popken’s weekly web specials.

The Long & Short of it...

We need to know what you think about lengths. There have been quite a few comments on previous posts about top and pant lengths. So, we started wondering, "How do you really feel about this issue?" Please dish -- and, be specific. Tops, pants, skirts, dresses, and coats.

Take a quick look at Step 2 of the Ulla Popken Size Chart (http://ullapopken.com/article.asp?ai=120) to see our general guidelines for graded lengths on tops. Remember, that this is general information. Actual lengths will vary by the design, fabric, and fit of each style.

Now, it's up to you!
