New Tips, for the New Year!

It probably won’t come as a shock to you that Ulla Popken is always looking for ways to make our product, customer service, you name it, better! We are taking all your wonderful comments and suggestions from 2009 into careful thought and consideration. We would also like to hear what you think we can improve on for the New Year! Help us make 2010 your best year with Ulla!

We want to know: The Good, Bad, and the Ugly!

Hi
Have you considered allowing comments and ratings on individual items? I find it really helpful when women can leave comments ESPECIALLY about the fit, if the fabric is sheer etc. I am more likely to buy and not return if I had feedback to go on. Love your clothes!

I am new to your store but have a couple of things for you to think about:
1. Im getting too many emails. I neither need or want one every day or so. You WILL wear out your welcome.
2. Give me a spot to immediately see what is new since the last update..item, discounts etc.
I shop on the net to save time not waste it looking at things I've looked at several times before.
Don't get disinvited from my inbox.

all clothing should be offered up to the highest sizes. a real must!

Just received my order of three items - one WAY too big, one WAY too small the last just right! ! ! (all the same size) WHY ? ? ?
Now I'm charged for the return! You've got to be kidding. Unsatisfied customer.

I am sorry to hear that some items received in your previous order were not sized correctly. If you would please provide us with an item number we would be more than happy to further investigate this issue through Quality Control.

Additionally we would never expect a customer to pay to return merchandise that is not up to the Ulla Popken quality standard.
